I only just learned of John Brown's passing, and was most shocked and saddened by this news. Like many, I knew of him by watching The First 48, and was always excited to see him work and solve his cases. Even without knowing him personally, I know he was a man of integrity, humility, and had a great love for God.
My condolences and Prayers go out to all of John's family, friends, and fellow colleagues of the Tulsa PD.
Respectfully,
Jonathan Locke

I loved Detective John Brown and was one of my favorite detectives of all time on the First 48. I felt that if I would have ever met him, he would have been a great friend. Rest EZ John.🙏
I have watch detective Brown on tv for years. He seemed to have a gentle way about him. He was always respectful even to the worst criminals. Condolences to his family. He will be missed by all.
