Joyce Ann Whiteside Dees passed away on July 11 in Montgomery, Texas. She was 77. Joyce was born and raised in Tulsa and attended Webster High School. After graduating from The University of Dallas, she taught elementary school Read Obituary
Ted and I have known Joyce and Jerry since high school. The four of us graduated from Webster High School. And both Ted and Jerry were in the oil industry. Our paths have crossed through the years. We are saddened to hear Joyce has passed away. Joyce was always a happy person and delightful to be around. Our condolences and prayers go out to her family.
Laura and I always enjoyed spending time with Joyce and Jerry, and will always remember fondly her warm nature and great laugh.
Joyce you were a joy to know in high school and I regret that I was unable to get to the breakfast in Tulsa to renew our friendship. I acknowledge that the Lord will look after your family until you are reunited with them in Heaven.
