In Loving Memory of Juanita Louise Wood
Juanita Louise Wood, an 88-year-old resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma and a retired Tulsa World employee, journeyed home to Heaven on November 26, 2023 at Clarehouse in Tulsa. Juanita was born on September 5, 1935, in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Devere and Hattie Ingle. She was a teletype operator by trade for approximately 35 years at the Tulsa World and Tribune. She had been a long-time active member of the First Church of the Nazarene and later of the Eastwood Baptist Church. She enjoyed Bible study, teaching children/adult Bible classes, crafts, pinochle, gospel music and most of all her family. Juanita also enjoyed cooking and hosting for friends and family. She was such a gracious hostess and really had a knack for making anyone feel welcome and special.
Juanita was preceded in death by her spouse Marion F. Wood, parents Devere and Hattie Ingle, son Lester Ray Wood, grandson Joseph Devere Wood, great grandson Dylan Matthew Wood, and sister Cledyth Marie Singleton. She is survived by her two sons, Terry Wood of Stigler, Oklahoma; Rodney and wife Paula Wood of Grand Rapids, Minnesota; and daughter Debbie Seefeld of Tulsa, Oklahoma, brother Obert Byron Ingle, nine grandchildren: Kanon Wood, Marion TJ Wood, Kyla Wood, Shawn and wife Grace Wood, Danna and husband Jeff Centeno, Jared and wife Megan Seefeld, Roger Wood, Stephen Wood and Caleb Wood. She also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren: Tyler and Kara Elliott, Raelynn, Daevynn, Jaedynn, Corbin Joseph Devere Wood Jr, and Griffynn Wood as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. She will be forever missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
A public visitation will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, at Floral Haven Funeral Home: 6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
Anyone wishing to send flowers may do so by ordering through our website or by calling Floral Designs by Floral Haven at (918) 459-1525. Any other florists may deliver flowers directly to Floral Haven Funeral Home by 3:00 PM on Friday, December 1, 2023, in order for them to be set out and properly displayed for Juanita's visitation.
A celebration of life funeral ceremony to honor Juanita will be held at 12:30 PM on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, located at 6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012, with Pastor Gordon Small officiating.

Interment will follow immediately after conclusion of the service from 1:45 PM - 2:00 PM, at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Gethsemane.
