There are some people who leave such a warm imprint on your life, even from childhood, that you carry them with you forever—and Judy was one of those people for me.
I spent so much time in your home growing up, and she always made me feel welcome, like I truly belonged there. She had this incredible way of being kind, funny, and just a little mischievous in the best way. I’ll never forget the time she told me there was a blow-up sailboat in the glove compartment on the way to the lake—I believed her completely, and she laughed about that story for years. That was Judy… always quick with a joke, always creating moments that turned into memories.
More than anything, I remember how deeply she loved her family. She was a wonderful, devoted mother to Doug, Michele, and Tara, and it showed in everything she did. The home she created was full of warmth, laughter, and love—and I feel so lucky to have experienced even a small part of that.
She was truly special, and I will always be grateful for the kindness and joy she gave me. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
With love and heartfelt sympathy 🤍
