Ken White, of White + Associates, son of a coal-miner, Cancerian moonchild, believer in the astral, gifted fine artist who loved painting his native Tennessee landscape, graphic designer who created a landmark agency in Los Angeles in the 1980s? Is that you out there, Kenny Ray? I was in touch with him intermittently, was aware of his health, and when he did not respond to my July 4 birthday greetings, I didn't have contact with his family so could go no further.
