My wife and I met Larry while negotiating a gas lease here in PA. I spoke with many landmen over the years and I must say he was, by far, the best one. He was very knowledgeable and eager to share what he could. There was just something about him in the few days we met. It felt like we known each other for quite some time. He was very genuine in his dealings and as a person. We last spoke with Larry 3 days before he passed and just recently learned of his passing. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to Larryâ??s family.David and Kathy Partazana

We first met Larry and Francoise Bowe in choir at Parkview Baptist in Tulsa. Our memories of them are church, music, food, friends, and work. We enjoyed celebrations at their home and harmonized old gospel hymns around the grand piano Francoise plays.Larry loved the Lord, Francoise, the family they raised together, his church, his dogs, and being a landman â?? he took to oil and gas eager to learn and share. And Larry loved his hobby â?? laying out a room sized miniature railroad with detail and creativity rounding the bends and going over the bridges.When you think of Larry, youâ??ll remember his â??Praise the Lord!â? which meant â??Helloâ?, â??Thank Youâ?, â??Goodbyeâ?, and everything in between. His legacy is hard to beat; everyone who knew him knows that when he left this earth, he went right straight to Heaven, with a joyful â??Praise the Lord!â? Francoise â?? weâ??ll miss him too. Because they moved so much and were always so busy I didn't have the chance to meet my great uncle until about 4.5 years ago when great grandma was in the hospital. I will never forget how caring and generous he was toward me even though he had never met me and I was about to graduate high school. He will be greatly missed!
