Leonard Clayton McCauley's Obituary
Leonard Clayton McCauley 73, resident of Cleveland, Oklahoma passed away March 1, 2021. Leonard was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Cleyburn and Leona (McClaskey) McCauley. He grew up in Tulsa, attending Will Rogers high school and the Unversity of Tulsa.
Leonard worked as an Estimator on multi-million dollar projects for oil field design, construction and production companies. He worked from Oklahoma to Anchorage and on the North Slope of Alaska, as well as various overseas and South American projects. He enjoyed watching his daughters play sports and worked as a coach on their softball teams. He enjoyed hunting in Oklahoma and fishing in Alaska. He became quite a Facebook fan in later years.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by Susan McCauley; daughter, Stephanie (McCauley) Gustafson and her husband, Eric of Dallas; daughter, Dustina McCauley of Pacific Palisades; daughter, Angela Reich of Tulsa; 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Ethelyn Barnett and husband, John and their daughters Courtney and Casey of Yukon, OK, along with numerous other family members and friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be 3:00 pm, Friday, March 19, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. There will be refreshments in the Floral Haven Family Center following the service.
