Butch was an amazing husband, dad, grandpa, great grandpa and friend. Audrey has often told the stories of times when Brian was deployed and the boys had ball tournaments. She would take one; Butch would take the other and off they would go. She said having Butch there was a huge blessing, but it also sounded like he loved every minute. Butch’s legacy is one of serving others; he loved people by doing for them and was an example for us all.
Uncle Butch was the light in any situation. He would make me smile and showed me love through all my struggles that he knew of. In my latest life issue, when we talked about it, he made a joke. The weight just simply left. I will forever remember his smile and wink.
Vicki, I’m so sorry for your loss. Louis was a very caring man. I remember each year he would make Christmas ornaments for my girls with their pictures on them. (I still hang them on my tree). I’ll always remember him to be there if anyone needed help. He was willing to help ❤️
