Mabel came into my life just 2 1/2 months ago. I was lucky enough to be her caregiver her last months of her life. I fell in love with her immediately. She was the sweetest person I know and we had wonderful times together. We talked a lot and I read to her and we laughed a lot! I found she really had a sense of humor! And she loved her sweets! She might say "Im full as a tick!" But she never turned down a sweet. I will miss her greatly! I'm so glad she was a part of my life.
Although I didn't know her-I have heard about her thru my husband (Pat Oliver) & his family- She really made an impact on my father-in-law (Dr. Richard Oliver) in his dental practice. I lost Pat this past August-I know the empty feelings that your family are going thru. Pat used to say that "Miss Lemmon" (as he used to call her)would never like that & that she used to rule the roost at the dental office. She is in a better place now. My thoughts & prayers go out to you the family.Michaelle Oliver
