Mark Steven Foust's Obituary
Mark Foust was a son, brother, father, papa and friend to everyone he met. Born November 1, 1955 in Bermuda, Mark went to be with his heavenly family on October 4, 2011. Mark was a self-employed trim carpenter. He loved volunteering, camping (in hotels or cabins), fishing, bow hunting and making others laugh. His greatest passion was Narcotics Anonymous and encouraging others in their journey by smiles and love. His primary purpose was to carry the message to the addict still suffering. The family would like to add that he spoke fluent sarcasm. Proceeding Mark was his mother, Almona Roberts. Mark is survived by the love of his life, Debbie McCully, daughter Miranda Foust, granddaughter Jenevieve Sobol, father Michael Foust, stepmother Sharon Foust, stepfather Ron Robers, sisters Suzzana Goodwin and Laura Foust-Murphy, nephews Jude Goodwin, Josh Goodwin and Chris Murphy and niece Abbey Murphy and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, ex-wives, honorary mothers (including Donna Roberts and Patricia Glasco), personal nurse (Rosa Webb), friends, NA family and Huey and Max, his two beloved (aka spoiled) dogs. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Mark’s name at Bank of Oklahoma to offset costs. The difference of money collected will be split equally between the House of Hope (the first step to Mark’s recovery) and the Tulsa Boy’s Home (his favorite place to spend time giving back). Donations may also be sent directly to the House of Hope by calling 918-786-2930 or the Tulsa Boy’s Home by calling 918-245-0231 ext. 5055.
