Pop, I am so grateful that you were my Pop. I couldn’t have asked for a better grandpa if I could’ve handpicked one myself. I miss you and Granny so very much. You know it was always my “ministry” to take care of y’all. I miss you coming in my office, calling me and always asking “you working?”, going to Cracker Barrel, going to the Mexican Restaurant, going to IHOP and Hardees and just being with you. I have so many wonderful memories of you and I am so thankful that I was your “Pee Wee.” You will never know till we meet again, the impact you had on my life and so many others. Your constant steadfastness in your walk with the Lord is something I will never forget. I know in my head that nothing is ever lost when you know where to find it but that feeling hasn’t made it to my heart yet. I’m so glad you’re not suffering anymore and that you are reunited with Granny and are praising our Lord, but I sure do miss you. However, one day we will all be together again loving our Savior and Lord and each other. You were the best, Pop!
