Merrick Matthew Harmon's Obituary
Merrick Matthew Harmon, 98, resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away April 12, 2020. Merrick was born September 14, 1921 in Opelousas, Louisiana to Clarence and Noami Harmon. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Merrick was preceded in passing by his wife, Wanda Louise Harmon (Jackson); his parents, Clarence O'Neal Harmon and Noami Mary Harmon (Perry) and his brother's, Clarence Harmon and Marion Harmon.
He is survived by his daughter, Diana Carpenter and her husband, Jim; daughter, JoLynn Osborne; son, David Harmon and his wife, Laura; son, Tom Harmon and son, Mark Harmon; his grandchildren, Scott Carpenter and his wife, Joyce, Mike Carpenter and his wife, Dina; Kevin Carpenter and his wife, Lisa; Denise Labato and her husband, Dennis; Jennifer Crandall and her husband, Tim, Joel Carpenter, Lisa Howes and her husband, John, Julie Osborne, David Osborne, Jeremy Harmon, Daniel Harmon and his wife, Stephanie, Alissa Hutchinson and her husband, Mike, Angela Hampton, Melinda Estrada and her husband, Art, Emily Gaylord, Jeremy Day and his wife, Charlene, Catherine Schneckloth and her husband, Jeremy, Shanna Marsh and her husband, Ryan, Brittani Smith and her husband, Adam, Brian Harmon and his wife, Avery and Steven Harmon and his wife, Valerie; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.
