Dear Mike,
I was shocked hear about your passing and to hear what struggle the last years of your life must have been.
We met in 1997 working for the same company, you in California and I in the Netherlands. Though we where thousands of miles apart we had great times when we met in California, Germany, Wales UK and in the Netherlands.
