Michael Lee Meisenheimer's Obituary
Michael Lee Meisenheimer was born December 7, 1973 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and passed away October 6, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Michael was the first of three children born to Laurel Kaye Simpson-Meisenheimer and Michael Lee Meisenheimer Sr. Michael attended McKinley Elementary School, Bell Jr. High and graduated from Washington High School. After graduation Michael graduated with an Associates degree in Psychology and a Bachelor degree in Library Sciences. Michael lived in the Tulsa and surrounding area his entire life. Michael had a kind spirit. He was very loving and loyal to all his friends and family. He was devoted to family and friends and would help anyone who needed it. When Michael wasn’t working he enjoyed roller blading, jogging and always loved listening to music. Michael will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Michael is survived by his mother Laurel Akins and her husband Derrick; sisters Ashley and Amanda Akins; great aunt Laurie Devereaux; second cousin Debbi Edmondson; dear friends Russell Mullins, Kristin Mehm Tyner and Paula Seeton and numerous other friends and family. Michael is preceded in passing by his father Michael Lee Meisenheimer Sr. and grandparents Joseph Wiley and Sandy Simpson. Memorial Service will be Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel Broken Arrow, OK.
