Neil was my “little” cousin”, he was younger than me. I live in California so didn’t see him often, mostly at “Smith Cousins Reunion” every August in Witcherville. I think of Neil the same way I remember our Uncle Bud, he had that hug that made me think he was really glad to see me. Will miss you cuz.
neil was a great person, I worked with him at Lowes and was very glad he got to retire early and have a few good years to enjoy. He will be greatly missed
