I love my Aunt Joyce and her children. We all grew up together. She could sew and made all our doll clothes. Every Christmas I would pick her up and we would drive around, for hours, looking at Christmas lights while we snacked on something. She loved life, traveling, playing cards, putting together jigsaw puzzles, going to the movies, just having fun, and laughing a lot. When I was baking, and Mother was not available, I would call Aunt Joyce and ask her about a recipe or ingredient; she would always tell me use jumbo eggs. I loved talking with her on the phone. She would answer the phone, “Hi, Baby!” I will miss her so much! My sincere condolences to her children and her grandchildren. She loved them so much and was so proud of them.
