I remember I first met Pat standing in line to vote in the presidential election 1972 at Fulton Elementary. I heard this lady talking, talking, talking behind me and I turned around to see who it was and then we met and struck up a conversation. I remember her telling me about adding on an additional bedroom after having another child. Sweet memory.
Pat and I went to grade school together in Tulsa. She was responsible for introducing me to my husband, Norman, on July 4th, 1957. We have stayed in touch all these years. Some friendships are just meant to go on & on. Pat was so good to care about my mother, Laurene, after I and my sisters left home and Oklahoma. If this is a loss for me, it has to be an even greater loss for her family. The memories will keep her close.

Pat; caring, loving, a wonderful friend since we were very young girls. Many celebrations we shared together: our weddings, first babies, and our family and Chuch get togethers. We moved to Corpus Christi and I was so homesick. Pat gathered her family up and brought Geri Lynn and Teri to see us.
So much love she gave me through the years.
