Tyler is in trouble….
We send our sympathy to Barbara and the Joslin family members. We recall many happy Toastmaster times shared with Ralph and Barbara during the eighties and nineties. We also recall the wonderful hospitality extended when making a Presidential Visit to Tulsa in 1987. Pamela and John Fauvel,
Ralph was one of my favorite Toastmasters–I knew if I found Ralph that he always knew where the bar was and was willing to go have a drink. I heard him say one time he was going to give a speech at his home club so I went to hear him. I was relatively new to Toastmasters, and I was so disappointed that he didn't give a manual speech. He said "oh, I have done them all"– I replied yes, but I hadn't heard him do them–and I had been looking forward to how a "pro" worked the manuals!! I will miss his sweet smile and gentle humor. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. Blessings, Mary G. Russell, DTM, PID
The Sydor's extend our deepest sympathy to the Joslin family. We remember many Toastmasters International Conventions that we shared memories with Ralph ~ "rest in peace" our friend. Marcia Sydor, International Director 1981-1983 & Rick Sydor, International Director 1996-1998
First met Ralph as he was completing his term as International Director from Region III. I was a DG in R8 and worked many International campaigns. Enjoyed chatting with Ralph, getting insights which helped me when it was my turn, 10 years later, to go to the International Board. RIP, friend … job well done.Frank Brown, DTM, PID International Director, Region VIII 1993-95 Smithfield, VA

It has been a treasure to spend the last 42 years with Ralph in the Will Rogers Toastmasters Club. He has had a huge impact on the lives of others.
An effective Leader, Mentor and especially a Friend, we will miss him and miss most of all his sense of humor and infectious laughter. From both of us…Harold and Sheila Patterson
Some great Toastmasters' memories. Those who new him new he loved to laugh and cut up but he he could also be deeply moved. You can see both here.
