I have the honour of working with Randy. I have a lot of respect for this man. He always had the patience to help on stressful situations no matter how late or busy he was. I also had the opportunity to share moments with his family and saw first hand that he was a dedicated husband and father. Our deepest condolences to the Nitz family.
May Randy rest in peace.
My condolences to the family I had the honour of working for Randy in Alberta one of the best bosses I ever work for always had a great deal of respect for him he taught me lot
My condolences to the Nitz family. I had the pleasure of working with him in Alberta.
My deepest condolences to the Nitz family on your loss.Along with many others who’ve left messages I had the pleasure of working with Randy in my first job out of university. Wireline in those days was more than just a job it really was a lifestyle. We all pushed ourselves to the limits chasing rigs allover western Canada and working for Randy was what made it all bearable. I’m sure it was so much a “management strategy” with Randy so much as just his nature but he was a natural leader. His most amazing quality is that never asked something from his employees he’s wasn’t prepared to do himself. Randy was someone you wanted to do a good job for and his personal work ethic was impeccable. I witnessed first hand the hugely positive influence Randy had on the group of young men I worked with in the late 90s and I know we are all better men for having had the opportunity to work with him. Personally I have always tried to live out his example in how I manage people in my own career and it’s served me well. Although we only spoke a handful of times in the past few years every time we did it was a pleasure. We lost a good one and he will be missed.
Randy was a wonderful employee who understood the meaning of the word “team.” He was always more focused on the good of the company and the department than on his own benefit. He made many great contributions to the company and helped it move forward in numerous ways. His work here will not soon be forgotten. My sincere condolences go out for you and the family. For those of us that had the privilege of calling him “friend” outside of work, we were humbled by his kindness and compassion to everyone around him. He will be greatly missed and everyone here is saddened by his passing. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and his family and friends during this difficult time.
My condolences to the family at this time, Randy was a inspiration to all that knew him and had the pleasure to work with him
Randy was a good man and will be dearly missed. He hired me at Tucker Wireline and was a pleasure to work with. My condolences to his wife and children and the rest of the family.
My Condolences to the Nitz Family. I can truly say the world was a better place with him in it.
