Richard Frost's Obituary
Richard Owen Frost (Frosty), Age 74, of Broken Arrow, OK, passed away July 30,2021 surrounded by family and loved ones. Born November 7, 1946 in Tulsa, OK to Yvette & Francis Otto Frost. Rich was a true patriot who served his country for 26 years as Master Sergeant in the United States Army. Post military retirement he continued his service as “Top Frost” for the Tulsa public schools JROTC program. His greatest joys in life was being a father and grandfather, in which he was second to none. In his free time Rich enjoyed sailing on Grand Lake and spending time at the lake house with with family, friends, and his lovable dog Oscar.
Rich was preceded in death by his parents, and his beloved Mother-in-law Mary Ann Smith. Rich is survived by Cindy, his wife of 40 years, son Owen and his wife Courtney, granddaughters Marlow and Maila, Brother Malcolm Frost, Father-in-law Bill Smith, and many close friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday August 3rd from 4pm to 6pm at Floral Haven Cemetery. Graveside services will be held at 10am on Wednesday August 4th at Floral Haven Cemetery.
