Richard J. “Dick” Muschinske, age 90, of Tulsa, died November 7, 2018.  He was born August 20, 1928 in Oshkosh WI, the son of Paul and Lydia (Wendt) Muschinske.  On February 14, 1953 he married Rosemary (Connie) Drakos in Milwauke
