Gale,
Where can I even begin? Over the years Rick has become one of my best friends. From the lakes to the golf courses to flying drones and so very much more I truly enjoyed my time with him. My heart aches for you and your family and honestly for myself as well. I was also one of the lunch crew that ate with him almost every day for the 7 years I was at Paccar and a bunch of times after I left. I am going to miss him greatly and want you to know if you need anything Karen and I are just a phone call away.

Rick was a true friend. Someone who didn’t judge and someone who accepted you for who you were. Rick was willing to do anything for you. He didn’t ask or expect anything in return. I had the pleasure of working, skiing, golfing, partying and just hanging with Rick. I will forever cherish those moments. We lost someone way too early in life. I will truly miss Rick. He worked for me for several years and we got to know each other well. He was always positive, worked hard, played hard and loved his family. It was such a shock to read of his passing. My prayers go out the family. May God’s grace provide you comfort.

Rick will be greatly missed by his friends and coworkers at PACCAR Winch. He dedicated 17-years of service to the company and touched the lives of everyone here. Rick held several manager roles while at PACCAR Winch, Manager of IT, Six Sigma Manager and then Purchasing Manager. He enjoyed going to lunch with his coworkers and making friends. I went to lunch with him once a week and will miss him greatly! You are not alone in your grief. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
