Ricky Lee Gilbert's Obituary
Ricky Lee Gilbert, a resident of Broken Arrow, passed away November 4, 2017 at the age of 56. He was born December 19, 1960 to Ban James Gilbert and Mildred Lucille (Curbow) Johnson in Bakersfield, California. He received his Bachelors Degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. He worked at Paccar Winch Company in Tulsa for over 17 years, where he lived with his loving wife, Gale Gilbert. Ricky enjoyed playing golf, watching sports, playing X-Box, skiing, wake boarding, spending time with his friends and family. He had been looking forward to putting his knee replacement behind him so he could get back to the activities he enjoyed.He is preceded in death by his father, Ban Gilbert and mother, Mildred Johnson.Survivors include his wife, Gale Gilbert; two sons, Darren and Dale Gilbert; brother, Mike Gilbert and numerous other family and friends.Viewing will be held Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2017 at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow.Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2017 at the Castle Cemetery in Castle, Oklahoma.
