Mike and I worked together for 12 years and met when I started at Union in 2007.
I remember him being very knowledgeable, helpful and generous of his time. Everyone learned a lot from him. Mike was the ‘go-to’ guy in the department and very well liked. He always knew what to do.
He talked about his Mom, family, trucking and his time in Germany as a kid. I really enjoyed the stories from then and of other places he worked.
I know Mike was a man of faith and I am fortunate to have known him.

Mike and I worked together many years ago in Transportation at Union Public Schools. He drove the bus and I was his assistant. Together we drove all over the district and then some, transporting students with special needs to their various schools. We were a good team and I enjoyed Mike's sense of humor. Our paths crossed again at Union about 10 year ago when I moved from Transportation to Operations to handle the work orders for the Operations department.
I have always enjoyed Mike and will miss seeing him, sharing stories and of course his sense of humor.
