My thoughts and prayers are with all Buddy's family. I had the pleasure of working with Buddy at Route 66 Harley Davidson. I got to visit with him quite a bit and he always loved talking about his mechanic work, cooking, his dogs and most importantly all of his family. I'll always remember him as such a hard working, sweet and loving person.

I remember one late night when we were all in bed, I heard a loud pow, so I ran to the kitchen where I thought the noise came from and find my dad eating cookies and milk with the milk DRIPPING OFF HIS HEAD!! I asked what happened and he said a bottle of pop exploded. It apparently scared him (the man that isn't afraid of anything nor anyone). I started laughing so hard and everyone comes in to see what was going on to join in laughing until tears were rolling! My dad was my hero. I always looked up to him. He set the best example of what a father should be. A leader and provider of the household, setting strong Christian beliefs for the family, discipline, no fighting or arguing in front of anyone, fixing everything even if he didn't know how (he learned), no abuse and no tears (had to be tough). He was always there for us and I will always cherish him. It rips my heart out knowing he isn't here anymore but I know he is in Heaven with my brother and will suffer no longer. Rest in peace Daddy, I love you!
I remember your dad was the most thoughtful and helping man. I looked up to him as a father figure. One thing that always sticks out in my mind was the old brown caddie that he bought you for your first car. Was so much fun to drive! Love you girls and you're in my prayers!
