I had the honor to work with Ron at American. He flew on many flights following heavy maintenance and was always very quick and certain in his assessments of problems. His technical expertise could always be trusted, he was always helping us understand the complexities of the aircraft. I am a better pilot because of Ron! When he retired, we sure missed having his laugh, his smile and his systems competence in the cockpit. God's blessings to his family in their grief and joy in the knowledge of his saving faith.
