Rosy was my friend before she ever met my brother, Bobby. Then one day she saw him, and I guess it was love at first sight, because after I told Bobby that she thought he was cute (I was told not to tell), she and Bobby were together forever. All part of God's plan to create this family that will carry on the West family name for many, many years to come. I couldn't have asked for a better sister-in-law, I guess because she was my best friend before she met my brother. We only had one time when we had our differences, but I cannot even remember what it was about…I guess because love doesn't remember the bad….only the good. She was really a character, a lot like her mama Toots, because she had some lines that always seemed to make us laugh. She was a good woman, she was my sister. I love you, Rosy.
Everyone should be blessed with a mom like her, she'd take care of you even if you wasn't hers. What an awesome angel you will be.
