We enjoyed knowing Roy while he lived at the Linden. He had a gentle spirit and a kind heart. One time when I was visiting, he came to the fireplace to see if anyone needed to go up the elevator to attend the bingo game. He knew that Loretta won’t ride the elevator alone. I’m glad we had the opportunity to get to know him.
I enjoyed getting to know Roy in the little time I spent with him. It was amazing how much in common we had, being so many generations apart. He was so sweet and loving. He was truly a great man.
