I was remembering at Shawn and Nancy's wedding my daughter Carlie (around 2 yrs old), because she loved Dora the Explorer when swiper said "oh man!!", saying loudly "oh Man!".during the wedding to my brother Mikah Toney.
I worked with Shawn and he was a great officer. He worked several events with me and was always so sweet and polite! He will be greatly missed! To his wife I feel ur pain I lost my husband on the 28th of november.

When I first met shawn he kept making me laugh all day at work! He was always nice and always had a smile on his face! He will be truly missed. God has a beautiful angel now!
