Shirley Joe Phillips ,83 of Tulsa, passed away peacefully November 3, 2021.
She was Born November 18, 1937 in Southwest City Mo. to Viola and Joseph Vickers.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents,
her younger brother Pete, husbands, Charles Robert, Kay and Charles(Rabbit),
two granddaughters Tori and Dianna, and great grandson Wesley
Shirley is survived by 7 Children that live in Oklahoma and 1 that lives in North Carolina,
42 Grandchildren, 44 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild
Visitation will be held Monday Nov 8, 4:00-6:00 pm and
Memorial service will be held Tuesday Nov. 9 10:00 am - Floral Haven in Broken Arrow, Okla.
