I met Steve when assigned field service duties of the two eight floor CT scanners at Cedar Sinai hospital. He took me in as a friend and made me feel as a brother. We often shared our enjoyment of target practice in the LA forest and of our love of motorcycles. My most enjoyable memories were sitting in the back yard and just talking about life in general. He and his wife Dianne were the warmest most genuine human beings that I have ever met. It is of terrible sadness that I never received word of his death even though a letter was sent but somehow lost in the mail. I had to learn of it in a phone call. To this day I still cannot get over this feeling of deep guilt and regret.
