The musical almost singing nonstop way of laughing haaaahaaaha !!! Impossibly that is how you try to describe what Sue Salter meant to me growing up. She was the best friend to my mom Patricia LaVigne (and ooodles of others I am finding out!) Those gals back in the 60's and 70's played bridge ahead of their time did not have to wait oh hubby to have a good time!!! Sue baby sat me and Denice she took us to see Mary Poppins Denice and I wanted to see it again and Sue sat through it twice she was a gem. She was as good to kids as she was to her cat Ming toy and her fluffy dogs too. Sue convinced Larry to let Denice have money to ride Freddy a pinto pony so Denice and I got to ride horses together as kids, I remember Denice was a natural too! Sue loved having Denices birthday parties in the summer I remember the whole back yard decorated in pink. Another memory is her blue car, giving us kool pops on unbearably hot Michigan days. She let us sleep in and eat cereal in bed as we watched the jetsons and flinstones…She was all about love, and I was sure Denice and John probably never got spanked. I toldmy mom I wished she was my mom because we got to watch cartoons in bed Saturday morning instead of do chores…Well Denice set me strait on that one. Keep the memories going forever. Blessings to all of you Salter clan, other family and friends of Sues. I will never forget the Love Sue gave my mother, me and all those around her. Can you hear and see now Sues musical laugh and big as the sky smile? Adios from Pam L.
