I did not know Tom when he moved to the high school, but Gary & I soon became fast friends with Tom and Rita. We enjoyed trips and many canasta games and found we had a lot in common. Tom was my favorite co-worker and a "go to" person for me. We will miss him. Rita, I apologize for not being there. We are out of state and not free to leave just yet but would have liked to be there with you. You and all the family are in our thoughts and prayers. Love you, Betty & Gary Gerber
Rita and girls, I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet Tom.
Rita, I am so sorry for your loss.
Coach was a good man. He taught me a lot in 6th grade at Sequoyah. He will be greatly missed
What a wonderful man. He was a great influence in my life. He was more than a great swim coach but, a great leader. I will miss him and remember him fondly. As he always said, "it's not how you start, it's how you finish." You finished well! RIP Coach.
