My favorite cousin, a real gentleman, and Christian man. Tommy was just three years older than me. He was the brother I never had. I loved the times we spent together as children and young adults. My love goes out to Marilyn and their children and grandchildren.
Dear Marilyn and Family,I worked with Tom in Tulsa District Real Estate Division for several years before returning to Arkansas in 1991. While I was an intern, Tom helped me understand Corps of Engineers mapping and land description procedures. Later, we worked on several district lakes together performing compliance and safety inspections. He was an excellent mentor and good friend, and he will be missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
