Uncle Vernon, Thank you for being there for our entire family with just one call and showing me (us) that there is kindness in the world. I can't describe how much I will miss you. Heaven is where I will see one another again. Hug mom for me. I love you to the moon and back. Prayers Love and (((Hugs))) to Aunt Nancy, the Kids, and Grandkids, Aunt Dot and Uncle Joe along with all those you have touched just by knowing them. Sherrie
Uncle Vernon,The entire Reeves Family will dearly miss you. The one thing I remember through the years when we would come back to Tulsa to visit, you were always a constant and easygoing person. It showed in the way you carried yourself everyday. Thanks for being you, and sharing your life with all of us. We are truly better off to have known you, and itâ??s an Honor to call you family.Love to Aunt Nancy, to Bob, Greg, Shelly and to their familyâ??s.Kevin

My name is Bob Hunt. I went to Roosevelt Jr High and graduated from Central with Vernon. I even sat right across the isle from him in our senior year- and in front of "Bones" Winsworth, Billy Tubbs, and Tommy Moss. Vernon and I were caddies at the Tulsa Country Club while growing up. Later I played golf often with Vernon. Between 2005 and thru 2008 we played with J T and John Beams-and now Vernon has gone on to join them. Vernon was a very pleasant guy, always with a smile on his face. He always had a kind word to say about everyone. We will miss Vernon.
