Mr. & Mrs. Payne were our next door neighbor out by the airport in Tulsa. Mr.Payne showed me how to grow and tend a garden. When we moved away when I was 10 he gave me a vinegar pump so I would always remember him. The last time I saw them was at my parent's 50th anniversary and he was surprised when I told him I still have that pump. This world is a better place for all the folks they touched and I'm proud to be one. Dan (Danny) Tully.
