Weldon C. Levacy, age 58 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on October 1, 2011. He was born on November 8, 1952 in Tulsa to R. C. and Mildred (Spears) Levacy. Weldon married Shirlleen C. Ferguson on December 20, 1985 in Turley, Oklahoma. He worked as a Install Technician for Autopilot Central. Weldon is survived by his wife, Shirlleen and son, Taylor.
