Edie & John,Gretchen and I wanted to pass our condolences to you. Aunt Willa was such a special person. I can remember working at the annual meeting at the Christian Science church in downtown Chicago. Both my mom, and Willa, studied under the same teacher. Not only did I get paid for this job, but I also got to go to lunch with Aunt Willa every year I worked. She was so full of life, and her laugh was amazing. Harriet and Willa shared such a deep love for God and their beliefs. It really was a central part to both of their lives. What I remember most though is her positive nature, how incredibly intelligent she was, and her sense of humor! When Harriet passed away in 2006, it was an adjustment knowing that both of my parents had passed. Our thought & prayers are with you during this grieving process. I LOVE Romans 8, and this comes to mind:For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39 ESV)
