So sorry for your loss Faye. I can remember when Buzz came to the clinic at the Day Center to build cabinets or shelves for us . He was lots of fun to be around! Always had a smile when I saw him. And very willing to help! Hugs and prayers for you and your family.
I was very sad to hear of Buzz passing away. He was a very Wonderful and Special man. He will always have a special place in my heart. I want to extend my condolences to the Conklin Family. May God Bless you and Keep you all in his arms during this difficult time.Rosalind Bibb Jackson
I remember the first time I met Buzz and Faye (1985), they treated me like they'd known me forever. Buzz had a quick wit and I enjoyed just being around him and visiting (he was so smart about so many things). Pat (my husband) has so many wonderful memories of Buzz growing up. It won't be the same at get togethers without him, but he has gone to a better place and isn't suffering anymore.Love and sympathy to your family.Love, Jeani Powell
I will always remember Buzz as a man that worked enough for 3 men. He was always on the go. He performed several upgrades for us at work and did a fabulous job, as always. He will be missed. Love- Shae Roggendorff
Buzz was not only a dear and cherished friend to Doyle and me but also to our kids. Pat was in Dallas yesterday when Jeani texted him about Buzz' death. He received the text just as he was ready to give a presentation and it made it very difficult. He recalled when he was a teenager and Buzz hired him to paint his house. Pat knew nothing about painting but took the job anyway,. He said he did a terrible job but Buzz was patient and would come out and show him some places he needed tp give more atttention. When he was done with a bad job he said Buzz paid him way too much. He still remembers that. That is so typical of Buzz, always ready to help the kids. We will miss him so mujch. Love, Doyle and Jean
