I miss bill. Grandpa went to Bills Tire. Dad went to Bills, and I went there for 20 plus years. They were never too busy to help you out with a car tire emergency and so fun to talk to. God bless ya Bill.

We met Bill several years ago at the East Side Band. We enjoyed his accordian-playing and his "mean" whistling ability. We are happy to have known him.Jerry and Carol Crawford
Bill is the person that my dad, Jerry Dilbeck; always held dear to his heart. His words were, Bill is my TRUE FRIEND! Bill's understanding, kindness and perseverance never wavered. I know ALL OF OUR FAMILY feels the same. Your presence will always be in our hearts AND the love your family shared will stay strong in our thoughts. Sincerely, Brenda Dilbeck
It is at a time like this when Jesus is once again, our comforter, offering consolation every moment of each day. ( Matthew 5:4) Please know that I share in your loss, for I too, loved Billy. He was "one of a kind," an ambassador of good will for his fellow man, always mindful of the needs of others. I recall so many of our Sunday outings, which brought his own brand of sunshine each time. I also remember him offering assistance to my children and to my grandchildren. I can see him carrying my clothes up and down stairs when I was moving, never complaining, just suggesting that I open a Boutique. This brings to mind. his wonderful sense of humor, which was so much a part of him. I still tell some of his funny stories. In addition, I must further comment on the fact that he was a strong and vigorous man, combined with a colorful and kindhearted spirit. . The world has lost an exemplary human being. With love, Patty Brewster Puroff
