Bill Thune's Obituary
William (Bill) Kyle Thune Jr, 67, of Tulsa, passed away on June 17, 2022 with his wife Lori and best friend Monty by his side. He was born on June 25, 1954 in East Chicago to Bill and Betty Thune. He spent his spare time on the water, in a boat, enjoying all the activities that go along with that or hitting the casino for a cigar. He loved traveling and hanging out with the love of his life Lori. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. Bill is survived by his wife, of 23 years, Lori Benton Szabo; 2 Sisters, Susan Thune-Walker (Gene Walker) and Debbie Thune-Lesch (Johnny Lesch); son William Thune; daughters Sara Szabo Peal (Jason Peal) and Ashley Aguayo (Jairo Aguayo); 5 grandchildren, Tatyanna, Hailey, Ethan, Logan, Evan.
Bill gave everyone a great life and friendship to all he knew.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate Bill’s life at 12:30pm, Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Floral Haven Cemetery. Donations may be made in his honor in-lieu of flowers to Whippet Rescue and Placement Inc. (WRAP), or Clarehouse .org
