  1. My Uncle Bud

    Written by: Shana (Parkey) ParkeHarrison

Bud was my Uncle Bud, the fun loving, always smiling, never too busy to stop and visit, Uncle Bud. I remember fondly often coming home from school to find him sitting at our kitchen table with my mom or my dad, drinking coffee and almost always laughing. He always took an interest in each of us. His heart seemed to know no limits on the number of people he could love.
What a sweet guy. To my cousins, I know you will miss him so. But maybe, just maybe, he and G.Dale are playing golf up there and of course, telling dirty jokes to anyone who will listen!
I am sorry I will miss seeing each of you tomorrow. I just live too far away.
    love to you. Shana

  2. Bud was a classmate at Tulsa Central High class of 1955. He worked on our committees helping with the reunions. He will be missed.
    Rest in Peace sweet Bud.

Bud was the best friend you could have . When I started at IScc years ago up in the pub he would come in early to make sure I had all the 📺 tv’s on the golf channel while I did my opening duties . When I moved to the pro shop , he would come sit and vist everyday…. when I went to membership director I was able to eat lunch with him or go visit him in the pub . Everyone loved him! ISCC won’t be the same without seeing him there . RIP my good friend.
