Mary Ella Dunlap April 9, 1928 - January 25, 2022 Mary Ella Dunlap, 93, passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 in Bixby, OK. Mary was born on April 9, 1928 to the late Dave and Ella Whittmore in Cherokee County, OK. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Warren Stanley Dunlap. Mary was a loving mother and homemaker who loved cooking, gardening, decorating her home and shopping. She also loved to travel as often as possible with her family and friends. Mary is survived by her only child, Joyce Marlow and husband Tommy Marlow. She is survived by a grandson, Jeffrey Marlow and wife Audrey Marlow of Murfreesboro, TN and a granddaughter, Lynn Leeper and husband Anthony Leeper of Gilbert, AZ. She was also blessed with 6 great grandchildren, Colton Leeper, Connor Leeper, Olivia Marlow, Kaitlyn Marlow, Ella Marlow and Brooke Leeper. She is survived by her sister, Maxine Tracy of Broken Arrow, OK and nieces and nephews and other family members. Also, she is preceded in death by her brother, JD Whittmore. A special and sincere thank you to Sand Plum Assisted Living Community of Bixby, OK and River Cross Hospice for their care and compassion over the last few years, A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, January 31, 2022 at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St.Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Susan G Komen for the Cure in honor of Mary Dunlap.
